On May 14th, the Minister of National Energy Ministry of Kazakhstan, Kanat Bozumbaev, visited the Vulcanizing Equipment Project of the Quality Upgrading Phase I of Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant undertaken by CNCEC Second Construction Corporation.
Kanat Bozumbaev was of full praise for the construction of the project, and he welcomed foreign investors and contractors in Kazakhstan and strived for win-win cooperation with Chinese corporations.
