China Haisheng Juice Holdings Co Ltd is an investment holding company principally engaged in the fruit juice and agriculture businesses. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Fruit Juice segment is mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of fruit juice concentrate and related products such as apple juice, white peach concentrate cloudy juice, apple semi-cloudy juice and fruit juice bottled beverages. The Agriculture Operation segment is mainly engaged in the plantation and sale of apple saplings and apples. The Segment is also engaged in the plantation and sale of other fruit such as citrus, cherries and pomegranate seedlings. The Company sells its products within domestic market and to overseas markets such as the United States, Canada, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Russia and the Middle East.
