SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION ON

FORMATION OF THE JV COMPANY

Reference is made to the announcement of China Haisheng Juice Holdings Co., Ltd. (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") dated 14 October 2019 (the "Announcement") in relation to the formation of the JV Company. Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement unless otherwise stated.

The beneficial shareholders of Weining Nongye are as follows: 75.34% equity interest of Weining Nongye are held by the Government of Weining Yi Hui and Miao Autonomy County* ( 威寧彝族回族苗 族自治縣人民政府), 6.85% equity interest of Weining Nongye are held by the Agricultural Development Bank of China* ( 中國農業發展銀行) which is a state-owned enterprise and the rest 17.81% equity

interest of Weining Nongye are held by Guizhou Green Industry Poverty Alleviation Investment Fund (Limited Partnership)* ( 貴州綠色產業扶貧投資基金( 有限合夥)) ("Guizhou Green Fund") and the

general partner of Guizhou Green Fund is Guizhou GuiXinRuiHe Venture Capital management Co. LTD*（貴州省貴鑫瑞和創業投資管理有限責任公司）which is ultimately owned by Guizhou Provincial Finance Bureau*（貴州省財政廳）.
