ANNOUCEMENT

UPDATES ON CONSOLIDATED INSTALLED CAPACITY

This announcement is made by China Datang Corporation Renewable Power Co., Limited* (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") on a voluntary basis, to keep the shareholders of the Company and potential investors informed of the latest business development of the Group.

As of 30 June 2020, the Group has consolidated installed capacity of 9.9027 million kW. As of the date of this announcement, the newly added consolidated installed capacity of the Group was 0.1130 million kW, among which, the newly added wind power consolidated installed capacity was 87,000 kW and the newly added photovoltaic power consolidated installed capacity was 26,000 kW; the cumulative consolidated installed capacity of the Group was 10.0157 million kW, exceeding ten million kW, which marks new vasty progress has been made in the high-quality development of the Group.

For a long time, all the staff of the Group have been forging ahead with solidarity, actively responding to new development and new changes in power market, adhering to the principle of high-quality development, making continuous effort in the optimization of its overall planning, and sparing no effort to advance the construction of its projects, which has contributed to the consolidated installed capacity breaking the ten-million barrier, reaching a record high in the development history of the Group.
