The Nigeria Infrastructure Debt Fund is a closed-end investment fund specializing in equity investments in a portfolio of debt securities in the private and public sectors. The portfolio is notably composed of senior and subordinated debt tranches linked to infrastructure projects (power generation, transport and logistics, telecommunications, hydrocarbon storage and transport, drinking water treatment, transport and distribution, waste management, etc.). The company is also developing a direct investment activity in infrastructure projects. At the end of 2023, the portfolio amounts, in market value, to NGN 85.8 billion.
