Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we hereby inform that the Compensation, Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) of the Company has vide its resolution passed by circulation on September 5, 2022, approved the issue and allotment of 1,000 fully paid-up Equity Shares having a face value of Rs.10/- each to Eligible Employee under Chalet Hotels Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2018 upon exercise of 1,000 Options granted under the said Plan. The Equity Shares being allotted shall rank pari-passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company.
The revised paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company is given below.
