CH Offshore Ltd. is a Singapore-based investment holding company focused on the oil and gas sector. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is a provider of offshore marine assets and services. The Company’s core business is in the ownership and charter of six 12,240 brake horsepower (BHP) vessels equipped with facilities for heavier offshore work in deeper waters and the provision of reliable, responsive and effective ship management services for its vessels, as well as third party vessels.
