Cyril Bonnan and Pierre Casanova of Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier and Naciri & Associés acted as legal advisors for Danone. Lazard Ltd. acted as financial advisor for Compagnie Gervais Danone S.A. Younes Maleh and Hicham Naciri of Allen & Overy acted as legal advisors to Darrois Villey.
