SAO PAULO, March 28 (Reuters) - Brazilian power firm Eletrobras snapped up three of the first four lots of energy transmission projects auctioned by the government in a major tender that foresees a total estimated investment of 18.2 billion reais ($3.65 billion).

Eletrobras won batch five of transmission projects by offering a discount of 31.14% on the lot's maximum annual revenue. Earlier, it had won smaller lots 1 and 9. ($1 = 4.9887 reais) (Reporting by Leticia Fucuchima; Writing by Peter Frontini; Editing by Gabriel Araujo)
