D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4T4, 'the Group', 'D4t4'), the AIM-listed data solutions provider, confirms that Charles (Charlie) Irvine, Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed to the Board following the completion of his probationary period. He joined the Group on 1 October 2019.
