Celcuity Inc. Announces Resignation of Maureen Cronin as Member of Board of Directors and Member of Audit Committee, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and Compensation Committee

Celcuity Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company, which develops targeted therapies for the treatment of multiple solid tumor indications.
