On November 8, 2011, grand ground-breaking ceremony and
centralized drawn-in projects-signing ceremony were held in
the new software town of Xi'an high-tech zone.
Participants included were governor of Shaanxi Province Zhao
Zhengyong, mayor of Xi'an Chen Baogen, other provincial
and municipal leaders, and Zhao Hongzhuan, director of the
administrative commission in the zone as well as other
directors from related departments. Yue Huafeng, the deputy
mayor from the standing committee of municipal party
committee, presided over the ceremony.
He Jianying, vice president of CCID Consulting, was invited to attend the celebration. On behalf of CCID Consulting, he signed "Cooperation Agreement on Promoting Development of Mobile Internet, Cloud Computing and Other Strategic Emerging Industries in New Software Town of Xi'an", thus becoming the strategic partner with consulting services for governments at all levels in Shaanxi, including those in Xi'an high-tech zone.
CCID Consulting has for many times been invited to serve as the consultant for major programs of Shaanxi province, Xi'an government, and local governments at all levels and those programs in distriparks.
As a key construction project of 12th 5-year plan for Xi'an city and Shaanxi province, the new software town in Xi'an high-tech zone is an important part in developing the city into an international metropolis, a key area in transforming Xi'an high-tech zone as S&T innovation center in China and world's first-class park, and the core in building a software R&D base that is domestically-leading and globally-advanced and an outsourcing base of information service.
In order to boost the development of mobile Internet, cloud computing and other strategic emerging industries in new software town of Xi'an high-tech zone, CCID consulting will provide whole process of consulting services with regard to park development strategy, industry planning, business and investment promotion, brand building, etc.
