CBRE has appointed Chris Gow as head of debt and structured finance, Europe, which marks an expansion on his current leadership responsibilities, effective from 1 January 2024.Chris GowGow joined CBRE in 2020 and has been leading the debt and structured finance team in the UK and Ireland since January 2023. In his expanded role, he will be responsible for accelerating the growth of CBRE?s debt capabilities across all real estate sectors and geographies in Europe to ensure CBRE?s clients are supported through any capital event. Meanwhile, Robert -an Peters, head of debt and structured finance in the Netherlands, will be assuming wider responsibilities in Continental Europe. Working closely with Gow, Peters will be responsible for driving greater collaboration across the region to ensure consistent and exemplary client service.
