Car Mate Mfg. Co., Ltd. reported consolidated earnings results for the six months ended September 2020. For the period, net sales were JPY 6,979 million against JPY 7,912 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 352 million against JPY 402 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of parent was JPY 221 million against JPY 301 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share were JPY 31.34 against JPY 42.73 a year ago.
CAR MATE MFG. CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the car-related business and outdoor, leisure and sports-related businesses. The Company operates through two business segments. The Car related segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of car accessories, child seats, transportation racks and tire chains, small chemicals for vehicles, and electronic and electrical equipment.
