Car Mate Mfg. Co., Ltd. announces consolidated and standalone earnings results for the year ended March 2020. On consolidated basis Net sales were JPY 16,716 million compared to JPY 19,064 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 919 million compared to JPY 671 million a year ago. Ordinary profit was JPy 944 million compared to JPY 690 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of parent was JPY 665 million compared to JPY 1,039 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was JPY 94.28 compared to JPY 144.49 a year ago.
On stand alone basis Net sales were JPY 15,978 million compared to JPY 15,459 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 635 million compared to JPY 336 million a year ago. Ordinary profit was JPy 895 million compared to JPY 762 million a year ago. Profit was JPY 654 million compared to JPY 986 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was JPY 92.72 compared to JPY 137.18 a year ago.
