Business First Bancshares, Inc. announced that the Board of Directors declared a dividend on January 25, 2023, in the amount of $0.12 to the shareholders of record of company's common stock on February 15, 2023. The dividend is to be paid on February 28, 2023, or as soon as practicable thereafter.
