(I) APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
(II) RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
(III) RE-COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Bumitama Agri Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce the following changes with effect from 1 June 2018:
(a) Appointment of Mr Lim Hung Siang ("Mr Lim") as Independent Director of the Company; and
(b) Resignation of Mr Chua Chun Guan Christopher ("Mr Chua") as Independent Director of the Company.
The detailed template containing the particulars of Mr Lim and Mr Chua are set out in separate announcements as required under Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
The Board would like to express its gratitude and appreciation to Mr Chua for his invaluable contributions and guidance during his term of office.
Consequent to the aforesaid changes and with effect from 1 June 2018, the composition of the Board and Board Committees of the Company shall be as follows:
