This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., 25th March, 2022 has inter alia considered and approved the following:

1) Re-appointment of Mr. M.R. Jaishankar (DIN: 00191267) as Chairman & Managing Director ofthe Company for a period of five years with effect from 1st April, 2022 to 3P' March, 2027.

This is based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is subject to shareholders approval.

Mr. M.R. Jaishankar is not debarred from holding office as a Director of the Company, by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other such authority.
