Bolloré has announced the payment, as of March 11, of the earn-out of 0.25 euro per Bolloré share sold under its simplified tender offer for its own shares, which closed on May 30.

The investment group points out that this earn-out was subject to the completion of the sale of its subsidiary Bolloré Logistics to CMA-CGM before December 31, 2024, which took place on February 29.

Uptevia, as centralizing agent, will pay this earn-out to the intermediaries holding the beneficiaries' accounts. Any unallocated funds will be held for ten years by the relevant centralizing agent or account-keeping custodian.
