BJ's Restaurants, Inc. announced the resignation of Wesley A. Nichols as the company's Board of Directors. Mr. Nichols indicated that his resignation was prompted by his concern that the scope of his work and travel requirements related to his other Boards would prevent him from fulfilling the responsibilities of his role as a director of the Company. Mr. Nichols'
resignation is effective June 5, 2018 (the day prior to the company's 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders).
BJ's Restaurants, Inc. is a casual dining restaurant. The Companyâs restaurants feature a menu with approximately 100 menu items designed to offer various items, including slow roasted entrees, such as prime rib, EnLIGHTened Entrees, such as Cherry Chipotle Glazed Salmon, original signature deep-dish pizza, the Pizookie dessert and BJs craft beers. Its craft beer is produced at five in-house brewing facilities and by independent third-party brewers using its recipes.
