BJ's Restaurants, Inc. announced that Mark McEachen has been appointed to the company's Board of Directors and will serve on the Board's Compensation Committee and Audit Committee. Additionally, Mark McEachen, Patrick Walsh and Noah Elbogen will be included on the company's slate of Board nominees for election at the 2014 Annual Meeting. Current Board members John ("Jack") Grundhofer and William ("Bill") Hyde will retire from the Board effective at the 2014 Annual Meeting.
