We would like to inform you that the Company is in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and has been promptly informing the stock exchanges on all events and information which have a bearing on operation or performance of the Company. There is no undisclosed / price sensitive information or any impending announcement / corporate action which needs to be informed to the stock exchanges at this point of time.

We understand that the movement in the share price of the company is purely due to market conditions and absolutely market driven and the Company is in no way connected with any such movement in price.
