BFF Polska SA, formerly Magellan SA, is a Poland-based company engaged in the provision of financial services, especially to the medical sector. The Company's offer solutions for hospitals, including loan, debt financing, financing medical equipment purchase, medleasing and the European Union financing; and solutions for suppliers, including guarantee, medfactoring, financing medical equipment supplies, financing receivables, and sales support programs. The Company provides its services mainly to hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, medical equipment providers, as well as enterprises providing outsourcing services to hospitals. The Company is active in Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic, among others. As of December 31, 2011, its parent entity was Polish Enterprise Fund IV LP, holding a 67.74% stake in the capital.
