VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

ESTABLISHMENT OF COMPANY IN UNITED KINGDOM

This is a voluntary announcement made by Best Food Holding Company Limited (the ''Company'', together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') for the purpose of keeping the potential investors and shareholders of the Company informed of the latest business development of the Group.

The board of directors (the ''Directors'') of the Company is pleased to announce that on June 21, 2017, Hehegu Restaurant Management Company Limited (''HHG UK'') was established and registered in England and Wales as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hero City Global Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. HHG UK will focus on cooperating with ''Hehegu'' brand to expand restaurant network in the United Kingdom.

It has been around 10 decades since the Chinese food industry entered the United Kingdom, and it has been gradually accepted by the local people after continuous adjustment and reform. Other than western food, Chinese food is one of the local people's favourite choices for dining out. At present, the main models of Chinese food in the United Kingdom are regular meal, buffet and non-chain restaurants providing takeaway services, and so far there is no existence of any successful Chinese fast food restaurants chain brand.

''Hehegu'' brand has been established in the PRC for more than a decade, and it is maintaining an industry-leading level in terms of product, operation and supply chain management. In the future, the Group will use such experience as a basis to help its other food and beverage brands to develop and expand in the United Kingdom.
