The Group closed the 2022 financial year with sales of 1,508 ME, up 22.9% on 2021 on a reported basis.

Operating income before non-recurring items (OI) totaled 154.7 ME, or 10.3% of sales. This represents an increase of 61.5% (95.8 ME in 2022). ' This +2.5 point improvement in operating margin before non-recurring items is homogeneous between the two divisions (Boat +2.4pts to 10.5% and Home +2.8 pts to 8.9%) ' indicates the group.

Consolidated EBITDA amounted to 229.2 ME, or 15.2% of sales (14.8% in 2021), up 26.2%.

Net income stood at 103.1 ME, up 40.5% on 2021. Free cash flow generated during the year amounts to 28 ME.

Group sales should thus exceed 1,660 ME in 2023, representing growth of over 10% compared with 2022. Operating income before non-recurring items should exceed 170 ME, or 10.3% of sales, in line with the new profitability target presented on December 5, 2022.
