Beijing Public Transport Holdings (Group) Ltd. signed the share transfer agreement to acquire 84% stake in Beijing Bus Driving School Co., Ltd. from Beijing Bashi Media Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600386) for CNY 51.7 million on December 6, 2019. Beijing Bus Driving School reported total assets of CNY 310.42 million, net assets of CNY 101.12 million, revenues of CNY 184.64 million and net loss of CNY 38.2 million for the year ended December 31, 2018. The transaction was approved by Board of Beijing Bashi Media.
