On December 7, 2021, the Board of Directors of Avis Budget Group, Inc. filled a vacancy in the Board by electing Anu Hariharan, effective January 1, 2022, to serve as a director until the Company’s 2022 annual meeting of stockholders. Ms. Hariharan will also serve as a member on the Board’s Audit Committee.
