AUTONEUM HOLDING AG Autoneum Holding AG announced that Andreas Kolf will become the new head of business group Asia and a member of the group executive board of the company on March 1, 2016. Dr. Uwe Trautmann, Head of Business Group Asia since 2007, is resigning from the Group Executive Board on February 29, 2016 and will return to Europe. Volker Eimertenbrink, Head of Business Group SAMEA (South America, Middle East and Africa), is leaving Autoneum to take on new professional challenges.
Until the appointment of his successor, Dr. Martin Zwyssig, CFO of Autoneum, will assume responsibility as interim Head of Business Group SAMEA from January 1, 2016. Dr. Uwe Trautmann, Head of Business Group Asia, has decided for personal reasons to leave Autoneum and to return to Europe after more than 20 years in Asia.
