   Treść raportu:The Management Committee of Automotive Components Europe S.A. herby informs that on 28 December 2015 the Company received an official notification from Nationale:Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., formerly ING Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., on behalf of Nationale:Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny , formerly ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, oraz Nationale:Nederlanden Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny, formerly ING Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny (the Funds), that in result of subscription to the tender offer announced by Grupo Industrial Saltillo, S.A.B. de C.V. which was cleared on 22 December 2015 the total number of the Company's shares owned by the Funds decreased below 10% and 5% of shares/votes in the Company.
   In result of the abovementioned transaction, as on 28 December 2015, the Funds hold 0 (zero) Company's shares representing 0% of the Company's share capital and entitling to 0 (zero) votes that correspond to 0% of the total number of votes in the Company.Before the abovementioned transactions the Fund held 3 184 195 Company's shares representing 14,998% of the Company's share capital and entitling to 3 184 195 votes which correspond to 14,998% of the total number of votes in the Company.
