Atom Hoteles SOCIMI, S.A. acquired NH Madrid Las Tabla for €21.3 million.

Atom Hoteles Socimi SA is a Spain-based company active as a real estate investment trust. The Company’s purpose is the acquisition, management, administration and promotion of real estate assets of an urban nature for its lease with a specialization in hotel real estate assets. The portfolio of hotel assets is equitably constituted between assets of an urban nature and assets of a holiday nature. The Company manages more than 20 assets and around 30 business premises, as well as more than 1.100 parking spaces and more than 5.000 rooms. The Company operates its hotels and other assets within Spanish territory. It is constituted by Bankinter and Global Myner Advisors Capital Invest SL.
