ASM Group SA is a Poland-based holding company engaged in sales and outsourcing support. The Company is a parent of a group, which consists of several companies specializing in areas of sales promotion, consulting and outsourcing, merchandising, field marketing, products exhibition and marketing research, among others. The Company operates through the following business segments: Merchandising, Outsourcing of the Sales Forces, Field Marketing, Corporate and Other Services. The Company's service offerings include mobile, stationary, weekend and visual merchandising, event and exhibit organization, cross-selling, shelf monitoring, mystery shopping, customer satisfaction survey and point-of-sale (POS) design, among others. Outsourcing services include recruitment and training of professional sales teams, their supervision and reporting their results, as well as employee leasing and temporary engagement. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is active in Poland, Italy and Germany.
