The Company announced the unaudited financial statements for the year
of 2021. Benefiting from the boosting benefits of multi-product beneficial
result, strong demands of product mix optimization, and the rise of gross
profit, the consolidated revenue was around NT 20.977 billion dollars, up
33% YoY, and the gross profit was around NT 4.336 billion dollars, up 48%
YoY. Net income after tax attributed to shareholders of Asia
Optical Co., Inc. was around NT 1.501 billion dollars, up 278% YoY, and the
EPS was reached NTD 5.34. The consolidated revenue of the 4th quarter was
around NT 5.647 billion dollars. The gross profit was around NT 1.202 billion
dollars. The operating income was around NT 554 million dollars, and the net
income after tax attributed to shareholders of Asia Optical Co., Inc. was
around NT 446 million dollars. The EPS was reached NTD 1.59, up 184% YoY.
