ASAHI INDUSTRIES CO., LTD. is a company mainly engaged in the steel construction material, agricultural material businesses, as well as crushed stone, sand and material recycling business. The Company operates in three business segments. The Steel Construction Material segment manufactures and sells steel bars, structural steel and reinforcing bars, among others. The Crushed Stone, Sand and Material Recycle segment is engaged in the the manufacture and sale of crushed stone and crushed sand for civil engineering construction, intermediate treatment of rubble, concrete waste and wood debris, as well as the manufacture and sale of recycled aggregate and wood waste chips. The Agricultural Material segment manufactures and sells fertilizer, gardening related goods, seeds, dry pasture business, and other agricultural material. The others business is involved in the contracting business.
