Art Group Holdings Limited, formerly ART TEXTILE TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED, is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company principally engaged in property businesses. The Company is mainly engaged in the operation and leasing of properties through its subsidiaries. The Company holds Jiachao’s Shopping Mall and rents out its shops to generate rental income and management fee.
