appScatter Group plc announced that it has agreed a collaborative partnership with ironSource Ltd. to introduce the appScatter platform to ironSource's significant app developer customer base. appScatter and ironSource have agreed to implement a co-marketing initiative to introduce the appScatter platform to ironSource's large global developer community. Developers that use appScatter's platform increase audience reach for their apps by publishing to multiple app stores, which has the ability to increase downloads, app download revenues and therefore net advertising revenues. In the hyper-competitive world of mobile apps, publishing to more app stores is an increasingly popular growth strategy, especially in emerging markets where Apple and Google's app stores hold low market shares. appScatter will offer ironSource users a 20% discount for the first 12 months of use of the appScatter platform and appScatter will also pay ironSource a commission of 10% of net revenues received from new users introduced during the term of collaboration. Should either appScatter or ironSource wish to cease collaboration in due course, they have each agreed to provide the other with six months' written notice.
