Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc Appoints Anastasia Mironova to the Positions of Secretary and Treasurer of the Company

Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc. announced the Board of Directors appointed Anastasia Mironova to the positions of Secretary and Treasurer of the Company. Prior to Ms. Mironova's start, Stuart Rothstein, ARI's Chief Executive Officer and President, will serve as interim Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer from the period in between the departure of Jai Agarwal at the end of January and Ms. Mironova's start date, which is expected to be at the beginning of the second quarter of 2021.
Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc. is a real estate investment trust. The Company primarily originates, acquires, invests in and manages performing commercial first mortgage loans, subordinate financings and other commercial real estate-related debt investments.
