As previously disclosed in the Form 8-K filed on January 10, 2022, Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors appointed Anastasia Mironova to the positions of Secretary and Treasurer of the Company, effective upon the commencement of her employment with ACREFI Management, LLC or its affiliate, which was expected at that time to be at the beginning of the second quarter of 2022. As an update to the Previous 8-K, the effective date of Ms. Mironova's appointment to these positions is April 4, 2022. Stuart Rothstein's service as Secretary and Treasurer is ending concurrent with Ms. Mironova's appointment.
Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc. is a real estate investment trust. The Company primarily originates, acquires, invests in and manages performing commercial first mortgage loans, subordinate financings and other commercial real estate-related debt investments.
