Cessation of dividend payment - financial year 2014

In accordance with the provisions of Law 31/1990, republished with all the subsequent amendments, article 67, point 5, we inform our shareholders that the unclaimed dividends for 2014 become statute-barred.

Starting with 22.10.2018, Antibiotice ceases the distribution of dividends due to its shareholders for the financial year 2014.
