ANONIMI NAFTILIAKI ETAIRIA KRITIS SA ANEK LINES S.A. announced consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015. For the year, the company reported turnover amounted to EUR 159.8 million over EUR 169.5 million in 2014. Gross profit was largely improved and amounted to EUR 42.6 million over EUR 25.6 million in 2014.
EBITDA reached at EUR 29.6 million compared to EUR 10.1 million in 2014. The remarkable improvement of EBITDA in 2015 is attributed, mainly, to the increase of gross profit before depreciation by EUR 17.4 million and to the decrease of selling and administrative expenses before depreciation by EUR 2.3 million as compared to 2014. Net results after taxes and minority rights in 2015, amounted to profits of EUR 0.6 million versus losses of EUR 17.8 million in 2014.
