Anglo Asian Mining PLC Provides Production Guidance for the Second Quarter and Six Months Ended June 30, 2019; Reaffirms Production Guidance for the Full Year of Fiscal 2019

Anglo Asian Mining PLC provided production guidance for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2019. For the second quarter, the company increased total production by 3% to 19,618 GEOs. Gold production totaled 17,149 ounces against 16,764 ounces a year ago. Copper production totaled 450 tonnes against 332 tonnes a year ago. Silver production totaled 33,292 ounces against 44,201 ounces a year ago.

For the six months, the company increased total production by 7% to 39,905 GEOs. Gold production totaled 34,394 ounces against 33,255 ounces a year ago. Copper production totaled 963 tonnes against 587 tonnes a year ago. Silver production totaled 84,586 ounces against 84,785 ounces a year ago.

The company provided production guidance for fiscal 2019. For the period, the company expected total production target between 82,000 and 86,000 GEOs.

Anglo Asian Mining PLC is a United Kingdom based holding company. The Company is a provider of support and management services to its operating subsidiary R.V. Investment Group Services LLC (RVIG). The Company together with its subsidiaries is involved in the exploration and development of gold and copper projects in the Republic of Azerbaijan and the operation of the Flagship project Gedabek gold/copper mine in the Republic of Azerbaijan, located in 300 square kilometers produced 52,068 ounces of gold. It operates in two segments: mining operations and exploration sites. Both segments are located within the Republic of Azerbaijan. It has a 1,962 square kilometers prospective portfolio of gold/copper assets at various stages of the development. Its 462 square kilometers Ordubad Contract Area is located in the Republic of Nakhchivan region of Azerbaijan. The 300 square kilometers Gosha Contract Area is located in western Azerbaijan, 50 kilometers north-west of Gedabek.
