ANADARKO PETROLEUM
TOTAL S.A. (ENXTPA:FP), IBV Brasil Petroleo Limitada, and Bprl Ventures Bv agreed to acquire 30% stake in C-M-101 block from Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (NYSE:APC) on November 9, 2018. BP and IBV will hold 35.7% stake each, while Total will hold 28.6%. The transaction is subject to approval from CADE.
