INPEX US Offshore, LLC completed the acquisition of 40% stake in Keathley Canyon Blocks 921/965,Walker Ridge Blocks 881/925 in US Gulf of Mexico from Anadarko Petroleum Corporation.

Anadarko Petroleum specializes in oil and gas exploration and production. It operates primarily in the United States, Gulf of Mexico, Algeria, China and Brazil. Net sales break down by activity as follows: - hydrocarbon exploration and production (81.6%): crude oil, natural gas, liquefied natural gas, etc.; - treatment, transformation, and transportation of hydrocarbons (17.3%) ; - autres (1.1%).
