Amica : Bond issue

The Management of Amica Spółka Akcyjna based in Wronki ('the Company'), with reference to the contents of current reports nos. 35/2012 of 23 July 2012, 37/2012 of 27 July 2012 and 39/2012 of 2 August 2012 hereby announces that today (i.e. the 13th of this month) the company received confirmation of the successful issuance of Amica Spólka Akcyjna bonds as part of the Medium- and Short-Term Bond Issue Programme.

[Aims of the Bond Issue] The purpose of the issue is to reduce costs and diversify the sources of Company financing. The bonds were offered to institutional investors in accordance with the appropriate regulations and legislation applicable in the Republic of Poland.

[Definition of the types of Bonds] The bonds are issued in Polish zloty, as bearer securities, debenture bonds, dematerialised and discounted (as zero-coupon bonds).

[Size of the bond Issue] The bonds were issued under the following issue conditions:

Issuance to the value of 5,000,000 zł (read: five million złotys);

1. Issuance date: 12 September 2018

2. Redemption date: 12 December 2018

3. Issuance profitability ratio - based on market conditions.

[The redemption of the bonds will take place according to the denominational value of the Bonds, at the headquarters of the Issue Agent, i.e. at the headquarters of mBank S.A.]

[Value of credit obligations on the last day of the quarter preceding the Bond issue] The Issuer hereby informs that, according to the last periodic report (for the first half-year of 2018), the value of the credit obligations held by the Issuer as of 30 June 2018 stood at 280,502 PLN. The perspectives for the amount of the Issuer's obligations until the time when the Bonds are entirely redeemed should be estimated based on experience and the information provided according to the procedure and principles stipulated in the MAR Regulation and the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and conditions for introduction of financial instruments

to the organized trading system and on public companies.
