Mexico City, May 31, 2023. América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V. ("AMX") [BMV: AMX] [NYSE: AMX], pursuant to article 106, third paragraph, of the Mexican Securities Market Law (Ley del Mercado de Valores), informs that it is unaware of the causes of its shares' (Series "B") unusual operations volume occurred today. As part of AMX's share buyback program, today AMX acquired 4 million Series "B" shares.
AMX informs that there is no pending disclosure of any evento relevante and that, as of this moment, AMX has no knowledge of transactions involving AMX securities carried out today by any member of its Board of Directors or of its Senior Management.
