Alternative Income REIT Plc achieved its target dividend of 5.7 pence per share last year,and subject to the reinvestment of the Glasgow sale net proceeds as anticipated and the continued collection of rent from the Group's property portfolio as it falls due, the Board has set a new dividend target of 5.9 pence per share for the year ending 30 June 2024. This represents an increase of 3.5% over the previous year and reflects the Board's intention to pay a progressive dividend.
