Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC announced that Adrian Chamberlain and Charlotte de Metz will join the Board as independent, non-executive directors after the publication of the Company's 2019 financial results. Adrian is a non-executive director of Volex plc, a leading global supplier of power cords and global assembly units where he chairs the Remuneration Committee, and of Cambridge University Health Trust, where he chairs the Performance Committee. He is also Executive Chairman of eConsult Ltd, a leading cloud-based medical triage company. Adrian has previously held senior executive positions in a number of private and public technology and telecommunications companies including as Chief Executive Officer of Messagelabs and of Achilles Ltd, as a member of the Board of Cable and Wireless and Bovis Lend Lease and as a member of the Operations Board at Symantec. He has extensive experience internationally in both the private and public sectors, and has particular expertise in strategy formulation and execution, technology, and software-as-a-service. Charlotte joined Synamedia, a global provider of video solutions, as Chief People Officer in early 2019. Prior to her role at Synamedia, she served as Executive Vice President responsible for global human resources at Finastra, having joined Misys in 2012 to lead the global HR function. Previously, she worked for over 11 years at Ventyx, holding various HR roles. Charlotte has a wealth of experience in executive talent, corporate social responsibility, culture and values, and diversity and inclusion. She has an exceptional record of accomplishment in delivering innovative employee development, engagement, and retention practices that enable the creation of inclusive, high-performing teams in technology enterprises. Upon joining the Board, Adrian and Charlotte will immediately join the Audit and Risk, Remuneration and Nomination committees and Adrian will take over from Chris Sullivan as chair of the Remuneration Committee.
