This letter is for information only and no action is required to be taken. Change of Auditor - Information only
We are writing to inform you that following the Companies competitive audit tender process, BDO LLP was unsuccessful in its appointment to continue in its capacity as Auditor of the Companies, and consequently has resigned as the Companies Auditor with effect from 23 October 2023.
The Directors appointed Johnston Camichael LLP as Auditor of the Companies on 30 October 2023. This will be subject to shareholder approval at the Companies' next Annual General Meetings.
BDO LLP has deposited with the Companies statements of circumstances connected with its resignation. A copy of these statements are attached as required by section 520(2) of the Companies Act 2006.
