After the balance sheet date, Visana Beteiligungen AG participated in a capital increase of Swiss Medical Network SA. The pro-forma figures in the table above illustrate the effect on the consolidated balance sheet as at 30 June 2023 of the AEVIS VICTORIA group as if the transaction and the subsequent debt reduction had already taken place at the balance sheet date.
