Aerodrome Ltd agreed to acquire Apply Advanced Mobile Technologies Ltd (TASE:APLY) in a reverse merger transaction for ILS 30.9 million on January 2, 2020. As per the transaction, Apply Advanced Mobile Technologies Ltd will issue 69% shares as a consideration to Aerodrome shareholder. Transaction is subject to receipt of all customary approvals.

Completion is scheduled on March 31, 2020.
