Ejectt Inc entered into a letter of agreement to acquire Aerkomm Taiwan Inc from Aerkomm Inc. and Dmobile System Co Ltd.

Aerkomm Inc. is a full-service development stage provider of in-flight connectivity and entertainment solutions for airline passengers. With advanced technologies, the group will offer a wide range of service options, like Wi-Fi, cellular networks, movies, gaming, live TV, and music, through both built-in in-flight entertainment systems, such as a seatback display, as well as on passengers' personal devices. The group's activity is organized around 2 sectors : - sale of a ground-based satellite connectivity server terminal ; - sale of remote island resort ground antenna connectivity service.
